 I use to meditate and practice Cakra balancing around ten years ago; I think I stopped when my mother left her physical body.  With in the past two years my entire life has fell apart. thanks because for almost years I suffered in inbalance of energy of disapproval anger lower self energy voices of punishment pain in my body, but had no clue what to do, I experienced manifestation of it on my life, and felt I got disconnected with higherself, and I am only entertainning the shadows of my head. But I am glad to reached to you how to learn to open my chakra, release anger resentment, negativity out of my head and life, and become my own being to feel life in joyfull and abundant way.

I just opened my Crown Chakra. ‘opened, energized, and allowed them to work for me.’  Different technique, so much meaning.  Massaging, allowing energy-charged feelings, stimulating the Pineal, and contacting my higher power…  all together… (no chanting tho)  wow, if I wasn’t so alternative!..  But just watch for yourself – the video…  ; )

I amwandering about at the moment. I’v lost confidence in Self. I meditate, I’m in a good philosophy group – I do stuff -but- I am stillupset when a man I think is wonderful drops me like a stone without explaining why.  I clearly have more to learn about myself. And your test showed ALL my chakra to be CLOSED or nearly so (((. So maybe that’s why.  I don’t know. I do know that I don’t love myself enough. many years ago i had a spontaneous kundalini awakening ( this happened when i gazed at my sister’s baby for the first time). yet, since that time and at that moment it feels as if an antenna is trying to poke out of my crown chakra. what does this mean? what is it that is, at times, seeking exit from my body? can anyone help me? i know i’m not commenting, but just asking for a little guidance/help.

I wept at the beginning until the end, and let my anger out at the masculine aspect of God, which I felt had been unprotective of me, asking him, why He has not prepared a table before me in the presence of my enemies? I wept, and I felt his empathy and tears come from my very being. Thank you for your sharing on this teaching. I hope my crown chackra is now open!

Question: I have been working with my chakras for years, however, I notice in your videos that you always open the chakra, yet never “protect” the chakra, or close it after working with it, which is different from other teachings.  What is the reason that you always keep them all open?  If we were to stay open all the time, wouldn’t we be absorbing other people’s “stuff”?  Thanks for answering.
